Yesterday I did a keynote on #personalisation at FESPA's Global Print Expo for The Personalisation Experience conference 🎤 I touched upon the historical evolution of fashion, from a highly personalised, individualised industry to standardised, mass-production driven fashion. Today's customisation offerings, often limited to superficial add-ons, overlooks the depth of what modern technology enables: I encouraged the audience to identify and connect different initiatives that could be enablers toward a personalisation ecosystem. 💫 Technologies such AI, advanced manufacturing, digital twins, or direct shipping (just to name a few), can unlock scalability of personalisation initiatives and open new avenues for both B2C and B2B markets.
