As a celiac patient it infuriates me to hear this as I have lost organs, developed asthma and other chronic illnesses due to celiac. Every time you inheat gluten you are damaging you body and to do this to a child is unfathmonable. We need more awareness for families and society in general, especially about cross contamination.

Is that just parents in general or parents of celiac children? If it's just parents in general it's believable. If it's parents If celiac children it's way too high. I do know adults with celiac, without the abdominal issues, that figure it's still ok to eat gluten. Education is key
