We’re happy to announce that Chorus One has been awarded a grant to produce an in-depth report on MEV on dYdX v4. In 2022, dYdX announced its plans to migrate v4 to an application-specific blockchain on Cosmos to optimize decentralization and trading flow. Cosmos was chosen to meet its requirements of high throughput speed and complete decentralization. And this model along with an off-chain orderbook may have MEV implications. We have been at the forefront of MEV research and have published multiple dashboards and research reports on this subject. With the dYdX grant, we hope to deep-dive further into this topic and release our insights to the community.
