Three reasons why this scenario is hazardous (though there are other risks) and one reason why it represents the future (which some may not yet recognize): 1. The drone featured in the video was not engineered to handle this specific application. 2. Carrying heavy loads on a long cable complicates control, particularly when transitioning to a hover due to the pendulum effect. 3. The concrete refill station is positioned dangerously close to gas cylinders. Despite these issues, the potential dangers presented are manageable at various levels, especially when utilizing a robust tool specifically designed for demanding environments.

Throughout 2023, we worked on a wide range of projects from a couple of hectares to over 200, and each time we learnt about the limitations we'd come up against in our current set up. Meet the AutoSpray Drone Trailer - it's just back from the galvanisers and is waiting for the roller shutters to arrive, but it'll hit the road in April and will transfer operational efficiency. It's No.1 time...  To be honest, if you're really interested in the commercial opportunities with Agri Drones, you'll have already guessed what made it to the No.1 spot. How much does a XAG Agri drone set up cost? We get one of two responses. The tyre kickers suck in their breath at the exorbitant cost, compared to their DJI Mini, where as contractors usually say, "Oh, I thought it would cost more". The conversation might then move onto ORI. With the right sort of work, a motivated contractor can have his drone paid off in less that 2 weeks. But there's a word of caution! This is a BRAND NEW, emerging market. Simply buying a shiny new drone will not bring in a stream of new work. You have to get out there, knock on doors, make calls, and do demo's. Once people realise that drones can tackle their problematic jobs, they're all over it.
