🚨I'm actively hiring for 3 key growth roles within our Revenue Org!! Here's why: ➡ We will be doubling our ARR again this year! ➡ We have grown our overall headcount by 45% this year, making Constructor the fastest growing company in the space! ➡ We've added several new products to our current offerings to even further differentiate ourselves in the market. If you've been following along, I post consistently about RESPONSIBLE GROWTH from a hiring perspective, a winning sales culture, and NOT just throwing people at a revenue goal. With our sustained and consistent revenue growth and opportunity available to keep up the pace, the following 3 roles will be critical to my org as we enter our next fiscal: 📌 Director of Sales, West: This person will report directly into me and will be leading a team of Enterprise AEs in the West. This role is NOT for the hands-off manager who spends most of their time in reports and spreadsheets, nor is it for high velocity transactional leaders. I'm looking for someone who has not only managed sales teams before but who has also sold very technical solutions to large companies. I need someone who is dynamic, strategic, has high business & technical acumen, and can help coach reps through our process. 📌 Enterprise Account Executive: I'm looking for another solid technical Enterprise seller to join our ranks. We're a fully remote org so you can live anywhere in the Americas. You'll need SaaS experience, a bonus if you have worked with large retail brands. This is not your typical ENT AE role: I need someone with deep technical acumen, who has strong executive presence, and who is coachable. [edit: this role is responsible for acquiring net new customers] 📌 Mid-Market Account Executive: This is our most dynamic segment, where you'll be working to consult with prospective customers as they continue to grow their e-commerce footprint. We do not sell to the SMB market and this is not an entry-level sales role. [edit: this role is responsible for acquiring net new customers] Each of these roles is specifically focused around net new customer acquisition. We do have an Account Management org focused on strategic expansion and retention so keep an eye out this year as we continue to grow there, too. INCREDIBLE response to this post!! Lotsssss of messages and also connection requests, all of which I appreciate. I would urge you to please do one of the following things instead (or in addition to): 1) Check out the job posting details listed in the link I provided in the post - apply there. It gets to Emma 2) Connect with Emma Haskins - she's the lead here and introducing people to Constructor and screening candidates for next steps is quite literally her job, among other things of course! She's amazing. 3) Leverage your network to find a referral in - use those incredible sales skills. We notice. (I notice! Even when I don't respond.) While I WISH some days I had the bandwidth to agree to hundreds (not an exaggeration here if you're wondering why I haven't responded to a message) of 15 minute calls to help you learn more about Constuctor or a specific role, I just don't. Be resourceful, it's one of the "unteachables" we look for in any person within our Revenue Org! Don't let this note detract you from reaching out - just please don't take it personal if I don't respond or acknowledge in a timely fashion.
