That was one that stood out to me the most. -Traffic has been off by more than 10% per month for most of this year (U.S. level); End up losing at least a full month's worth of traffic for the full year. -Concessions - some of the hardest hit locations are offering 2-3 months free. There are some like Austin where it appears market rents are being cut instead of offering massive concessions. The prevalence of concession, as in what % of floor plans include them, also varies quite a bit.
