Executive Chair, Ford Motor Company

Ford Motor Company’s long history of supporting the military was in high gear recently at the first-ever Proud to Honor: Bronco Off-Roadeo. I was honored we could partner with military and veterans organizations to celebrate service and build community through adventure and the thrill of off-roading. Blue Star Families, Guitars For Vets, Inc., Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, Travis Manion Foundation, and Team Rubicon - thank you for your partnership in recognizing our amazing veteran community.

I seem to remember at the start of WW2 Mr Henry Ford was less than enthusiastic about providing support because of some pretty awful treatment he got from NY bankers with no help from the US government. It got ugly for a while but he finally got into the effort and fully committed to it and was one of the top producers of the medium range bombers. Things changed dramatically, by Ford standards, when his grandson was discharged early to help the faltering company under siege by outsiders. That’s the story my dad told me who was a vet and worked at Packard during the war until he was drafted and when he returned. He worked at the Ford tank plant during the Korean War. HF2 didn’t seem to make the same fuss his grandfather was famous for in fact he commissioned the design and build of a magnificent gas engine for tanks in the early 50s that weren’t seen in autos until the 70s and 80s. While I worked at Ford the guys that were in the reserves and had to take time to go to training camp each summer never got hassled one bit. I’m not sure but I don’t think they had to use vacation to fill guard duty. That was a long time ago.

I was honored to partake with my two favorite #veterans; my husband and father-in-law. Sitting in the back, I got to see them bonding in real-time during this incredible experience. There are no words for the gratitude I feel. THANK YOU, Ford Motor Company.

A survivor will still love and be loyal to this Gold Standard American Quality that actually proves! This dedication of high American Quality is so busy at work that truly uplifts human races that it fails to see how they're being targeted by powerful sick watchdogs who feel threatened by new excellent American research software progress and innocents get brutally attacked. The enlightened savior gets punished by big masked propaganda. All we want is the American future like earlier competing fairly without any bias, truly tested by merit not getting away with Chegg.com giving solutions copied online and getting fake scores/grade then wrongly matched.

I know I’m not important because I only bought 1 F450 but it’s not okay that my truck is off road and not usable over backordered parts and nothing from Ford. Not a great experience for someone who has been a loyal customer for over a decade. But I’m just one guy so not important
