We are hiring "Team leader Field Service" (Laboratory Equipments Maintenance) Introduction: Leadership of a team of Field Service Technicians / Engineers with supervising and coordinating service activities. Provide 2nd level technical support to ensure efficient and effective operation of our solution. Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting tasks and provide on-site technical support. Specific Responsibilities and Duties: Leadership of a team of Field Service Technicians / Engineers Coordination of Service activities (on-duty, maintenance) KPI reporting towards management Develop and train teams Provide the 2nd level support for Field Service Technicians / Engineers Ensure the resolution of incidents within specific time constraints Perform user management and routine system administration tasks Manage and maintain servers and data center equipment Respond to requests of other technical teams Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues Perform monitoring activities Install, configure, optimize & maintain systems, applications and servers Maintain accurate and updated documentation Your profile Bachelor degree and technical competence in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training, and/or experience Minimum 5 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment preferable in in a factory environment Fluent in English Good written and verbal communication Ability to diagnose and analyze mechanical, electrical, application issues and analyze application server logs Experience with Microsoft office tools (Excel / Word) Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrated abilities to diagnose and analyze technical issues Experience in managing and troubleshooting MS Windows and IT Network Ability to lead small team Ability to work under pressure Customer oriented attitude Knowledge in one or more of the following fields a plus: Experience troubleshooting computer networks Knowledge of basic IT support tools: FTP, SSH, Putty, SVN, Remote Access Knowledge of basic IT support procedures and tools Knowledge of basic PLC setup and programming Interested candidates may forward their resume to [email protected]

Expert in handling the calculations of voltage drop/flicker, mapping, and pole design calculations. · Prepares the construction map using AutoCAD/PLS-CADD software which helps the crew at location with all measurements and alerts/permissions and with all aspects of covered electrical distribution design, Joint utilities, OH to UG connections/conversions · Using Enterprise Estimating solutions (EES) software, providing the material requirements for electrical distribution overhead and underground projects (includes labor hours, joint point utility charges). · Prepares joint pole authorizations and estimates the charges for other utilities for renting or buying. · Reviewing the whole project with the help of reviewers/ project manager and request for professional Engineer approval before the design is getting processed. · Actively participating in weekly meetings/ discussions and upgrading with new standards/ safety measurements on multiple projects.
