The next program that I went to the clinic we're kind of in scale up right now is an aisle 13. We have an exquisite IL 13 antibody. Many of people are familiar with lilies IL 13. Our antibody has about a 40 fold improvement in affinity over the Lily antibody. There's another long acting antibody we see about a 35 fold improvement in affinity. We also have the YT extension. So we think we have again a best in class aisle 13. The beautiful thing is we can then take that into areas like. Any topic derm as a monotherapy but also because of the SLP program we can now we're working on 16 different biospecific formats to come up with a long acting TSLP IL 13 by specific behind that we have an OX40 ligand that is more than you know 15 to 20 fold better than the reference molecule. We have a TL1A that's about 80 fold improvement. So these are all examples of optimization cases where we see the technology though going right and I think this is what. Kind of really excites everyone at Generate is we're now entering this era of de Novo generation and accessing biology in really unique ways. A lot of the early programs relied on optimization. So as we're building the company, how do we dial down biology risk while isolating kind of the platform. Now that we know the platform works, you can dial up a little the biology risk, but go and prosecute biology that's well validated where today we don't have the tools to prosecute it and so. We have a number of programs on the TCI front to do that. We have some emerging immunology targets that are really exciting. We're working on antibody drug conjugates where we could selectively bind cell service receptors that are expressed on cancer cells versus healthy cells. And so on all these fronts, we think these tools will give us a huge opportunity to impact humanity. Yeah. And Speaking of that, your protein design platform is called Chroma. That's right. I'm going to play a clip. You have an awesome widget on your website where. Anyone can go on there and play around with different protein design. Tell us about that. Yeah. I mean, one of the things we realized is for most people, proteins mean bacon, soy meat, right? We wanted to democratize the accessibility of protein design. And you know, the tool that you're talking about on Chroma allows anyone with any level of education to go on and almost a check box manner and. Condition novel proteins and what's been really cool about the chroma work that we've done, depending upon the length of the proteins, the number of these that the computer suggests that actually express and actually show function, it's extraordinarily high. It's somewhere between 10 and 50% of the suggested ones are actually highly functional proteins. And so if you think about the history of the planet, you know, nature has given us about 20,000 unique protein concepts. Tools like chroma open that to, you know, have that be a drop of water. In a bucket of potential proteins. And this allows, you know, anyone to go online and now start creating proteins. And you've seen some of the stuff where we kind of had some fun with it and said, could we condition in the alphabetic letters? And so we're making functional proteins and those sort of shapes, but also like these beautiful symmetrical protein designs and the like. It's really, you know, to make, you know, emerging biology students, emerging scientists comfortable in this era of protein. Design.
