Holiday traditions bring your family closer each year and are a testimony to the value of celebrating your unity and shared experiences. It's been a year of many lessons for me. Here are 3: (I'll write as transparent as I can about them.) 1. Never stop evolving and changing your business I had a period where I was very comfortable (end of 2022/beginning of 2023) because things were going very good for us. I should have pushed for new initiatives at that point. 2. Learn to delegate and trust your team Micromanaging is the curse of many very capable people, and the weight pulling them down. 3. Cash flow is king Like many in the IT/design industry, we've had a bumpy ride this year. Never take your eye off the ball and prioritise financial safety. Here's to 2023, and may 2024 be a good one!

So last year I made a resolution I would share the Action for Happiness calendar every month. I managed to keep this resolution… which ones did you keep from last year? I’m going to continue this resolution into 2024, as everybody deserves some Happiness. So herewith January 2024… which part of January will you be doing? Reflection? Focus? Or maybe just taking a different route to your usual? I can post this every month, but the truth is happiness is in your hands, only you can decide what makes you happy… so whatever it is, do more of it.
