Hmm🫡. Yes, brands, companies, face challenges, and relevancy can be among them. I think Ms. Masino has been CEO of Cracker Barrel for coming up on a year. Is it not part of the CEO’s job to keep, make their brand(s), and company relevant? Of course, sometimes relevancy can wane, and acknowledging the truth is critical as is doing what is necessary to get it back on-track. But, might not there be a way to communicate its challenge(s) in a more hopeful, optimistic, forward looking, inspiring, confidence building, motivating way, versus publicly throwing it under the bus and facilitating a stock price/company value decline? Words, how they’re spoken, to whom they’re spoken, where they’re spoken, when they’re spoken, matter, especially if one is in a leadership position like CEO. #crackerbarrel

The term "sober curious" used to be a buzzword mostly tied the month of January but it's now a year-round affair - pretty crazy to see how views on this concept have changed in just a few years. Love the interview with Bill Shufelt from Athletic Brewing Co. ---they're a great of example of what can happen when you make a great product. There is a magical allure of having hotpot together encouraging interaction and bonding with consistently warm and delicious food. For the GoNetZero™ leadership team, it was much needed sustenance after a full day of discussion, debate and decisions on what we can stop, start and continue even as we have been scaling the business for the past few months. We will need to continue to scale and automate our marketing, business development and operations to drive operating leverage. Product and tech will have to accelerate iterative development of our software and solutions. We also have to be present in where our major customers are to better serve them. More importantly, we remind ourselves of the focus to be client centric working as a team together to grow our business.
