Celebrating the International Women’s Day, members of Incredible Mom Agents (IMA) from Surabaya and its surrounding areas were invited to a gathering in LNK’s factory in Mojosari, Mojokerto. IMA is a community of mothers brought together through the same concern for family well-being by FiberCreme, a product of PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo. As part of the gathering, the mothers had a chance to learn about food processing and communications, enabling them to upgrade their skills to contribute more to the family's economy. 🌐 Levner & Mom Intertwined (?) Just a week ago, we at Levner are working on a market research project to elaborate a certain product regarding whether it is a product-market fit or not. One of our activities focuses on putting this product on trial to be tasted by communities and individuals, so that we may learn the product's faults & strong points. 🧐 Coincidentally, being the Secretary General for Himpunan Nelayan Seluruh Indonesia, my mom (Lydia Assegaf) was eager to distribute these products to her team. Taking into account that this product's purpose is for emergency / portable food, her community was perfect for the case. This community service implementation method is an empowerment model for partners, namely PKK RT 02 RW 07 Demaan group, Jepara sub-district, with the following steps: 1) Preparation Stage; 2) Assessment Phase; 3) Stage of Alternative Planning Programs or Activities; 4) Formulation Phase of the Action Plan; 5) Stage of Implementation (Implementation) of Programs or Activities; 6) Evaluation Phase.
