The session, featuring industry leaders like Timothy Bardlavens from Adobe, Dr. Shadeequa Miller from Visa, and Zach Singleton from Uber, delved into how we can create more inclusive and equitable products, especially for historically marginalized communities. One year ago Sonic left stealth mode - my top 3 learnings 3️⃣ 1. Culture is infinitely more important than one would think: Building the right team with the right culture changes everything. Think about how much of your life time goes into work, culture makes all the difference about how this time is spent. 2. Every company can build a community: This photo was taken at the Sonic launch event in Berlin (Thanks, Kristina!). We brought together early supporters, friends and Partners of Sonic and Blossom Design. Without this community, our first year would have been much, much less successful. 3. Transparency and openness win: These two are a fundamental pillar of our culture. With every internal communication we do, we aim for maximum transparency, vulnerability and openness. Nobody is perfect, also not the founders. Your team will recognize and support not being left in the dark, with great and with challenging updates. Wrapping it up with one year!
