There are distinct maturity levels organizations need to progress through systematically. You have to #crawl before you can #walk, and walk before you can #run with AI. Having a structured #roadmap is key - it helps you honestly assess where you're at now and prioritize the right areas to focus on next. Without that #roadmap, you're just stumbling around blindly. Take it one #maturity level at a time, build up your skills and processes systematically, and you'll be on the AI fast track before you know it.
