Hi Blue Star Limited this is to inform you that i have raised a customer complaint , almost three weeks has been gone i am regularly trying to reach your team over email but i am just getting auto generated response for solution but not getting any support from your sideAround 15th july i have raised one complaint my ac unit is not cooling,on 17th 1st technician visited my place and he have done inspection and told there power input is low (already two units working on my home without any issue at that time )so its not cooling later in evening i have shared him video to him in evening with power input that was around 220 v , after two day they sent another technician during his inspection he have made some changes in electric circuit and try to start the compressor which was not working and at the end he told that he is not have right tools and instruments to check that compressor is faulty or not , next day 3rd technician visited and found that PCV of ac unit was burnt out by earlier technician during the inspection, and he also declared compressor is also dead ,I am trying to reach your team and not getting any solution hope from your side i will get something. 1moHello everyone,I wanted to share my recent experience with Victor Arora (8288881694). Unfortunately, he has not fulfilled his commitments regarding service, visits, and replacements. He has been unprofessional, often failing to return calls and sometimes even switching off his phone when follow-ups are needed.Our Blue Star split AC stopped working within seven days of purchase, and despite being promised an 80-month warranty, we have received no assistance from the company.Details of my complaints are as follows:May 12th, 2024 (Ticket No. B24051107849): This ticket was closed on July 6th, 2024, without any resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress due to reasons such as material pending and stock shortages.July 9th, 2024 (Ticket No. B24070904187): Despite several calls to customer care, we have not received any clear response. On July 9th, Mr. Victor (8288881694) called us for a follow-up, but there has been no subsequent action. Blue Star's negligence and poor customer service have caused us significant distress.I urge potential customers to reconsider purchasing Blue Star products. I have also filed a complaint in consumer court due to this harassment.
