After exploring through almost every door. I am bound to mention here that Bluestar has failed as a service provider and as an OEM and there is no one to serve the issue even in the warranty period. THE SERVICE TEAM has collectively failed to solve an issue in a span of past 8 months because of consistent break down. BLUESTAR AC has has pulled down my commercial place and caused a loss of net investment. 100% non reliable machine and cheat service team.

Our Blue Star split AC stopped working within seven days of its purchase, and despite being promised an 80-month warranty at the time of purchase, the company has failed to provide any assistance. The details of my complaints are as follows: 1. May 12th, 2024 (Ticket No. B24051107849): This ticket was closed on July 6th, 2024 without any resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress due to reasons such as material pending and stock shortages. 2. July 9th, 2024 (Ticket No. B24070904187): Despite several calls to customer care, we have not received any clear response. On July 9th, Mr. Victor (8288881694) called us for a follow-up, but there has been no subsequent action. It is unacceptable that such a reputed company is ignoring its customers and failing to honor its warranty commitments. Since May 12th, my parents and I have been struggling, especially as the AC is in my parents' room and they are senior citizens. Blue Star's negligence and poor customer service have caused us significant distress. I urge potential customers to reconsider purchasing Blue Star products.I am preparing to file a complaint in consumer court due to this harassment.

“I bought a Blue Star AC in May, and within one month, it broke down. After repeatedly complaining, a technician came and said that the AC’s compressor was faulty and needed to be replaced. Now, 20 days have passed, and neither has the part arrived, nor have I received any communication. When I call, they lie, saying it will come in 3 days, then 10 days, then on the 20th, and now they don’t pick up the phone or provide any information. I must say that this is the worst company, with the worst customer support and service. I will file a complaint in consumer court for mental harassment. Name: Anurag Email: [email protected]

Anurag Blue Star Limited B Thiagarajan bluestar window AC from Croma Mall 51. It was installed on May 14th, and then it broke down in July, within one month of purchase. No technician was assigned despite my complaint to customer support. I didn't receive any message or response, and I had to go to the showroom, from where a technician came after 3 days. When he checked the AC, he found an issue with the PCB. He said the part would arrive in 3-4 days and the AC would be fixed. It has been 22 days now, and no part has arrived. No service provider is contacting me, and no one is answering calls. It is extremely frustrating. I want my money back or a replacement of the AC for the mental harassment. Ticket: B24071800124 Service Provider, S A Aircon. Inverter AC installed in February needs a PCB change in July. Service center says PCB might need around 5-7days to be replaced. This is a state of service in Delhi like area? As I went through all the post around you guys don’t even store your parts for quick service Guys this is just Pathetic.

After trying everywhere, I have to write again that my one-month-old AC, under breakdown AC has not been fixed yet and the one who is in charge of their service is never pick the phone. Once he picked up the phone by mistake, he gave a very casual answer that it will be fine when it happens, what should I do? please suggest
