I had a disappointing experience with Blueground in Chicago, where their service didn't match their shared values on the site. Communication was tough, and I’m now like others turning to LinkedIn to find assistance. When I reached a representative named April, her response was simply "I apologize for the inconvenience, but my manager is always overwhelmed and unavailable to take calls, I only can reach here via IM message.”  The property owner here lost 8 days of revenue due to a malfunctioning wire transfer feature on Blueground’s site then failure to recover and provide a solution to capture my 3-month rental need amid a job transition. I hope you figure this out since, on the surface, it's a cool concept but far from delivering.
