Community Strategist - Scaling your Business with Community | Growth Consultant | Facebook/Meta Certified Community Manager | Podcast Host | Ex. 91springboard
After 20+ years of friendship from school days, it still took multiple initiatives & follow-ups to finally meet in person. March 2004 is when we finished off our 12th-grade exams, it was an eerie realization when we caught up a few days ago. Only to realize how far have we come in our journey. One of us grew in the tech role in their industry. The other started on the tech side of things and moved on to the business side. Another one was in hardcore sales & switched to Product Management. The last one started in an engineering role & then moved on to start a consulting firm with his college batchmates. One of the things common was that most of us grew up in the same industry except for me who after exploring different roles in different industries got inspired by the #community role and works with different industry folks now. Abhishek Rohit Abhishek Neeraj But the constant in this entire experience is friendship where we grew from skinny adolescents to grey-hair middle-aged folks. It is said that every time our circle needs to evolve as grow but once in a while catching up and recalibrating from where we left off the last time is also a testament of the fact of how far have we come. Shared Experiences Shared Learnings Mutual Respect Inside Stories All of it cemented over a period of time. Needless to say, #community #building is also making & keeping friends even if we do not get to see in person regularly. #VinEatRepeat Let me know, when was the last time you caught up with your friends just to catch up without any agenda? And, I will show you how deep your connection is built & cemented. Still curious, about what #community is all about, share your thoughts in the comment section.

THE FINISH LINE IS JUST THE BEGINNING Wow, what a journey it's been these past eight weeks as we wrap up the What’s neXT 50?! MVP Sprint! As we reflect on the whirlwind of events, discussions, and connections, we're filled with gratitude to each and every community member who made this experience so special. Our 60+ global Sprinters' dedication and enthusiasm turned this initiative into a vibrant community pulsating with energy and ideas. Reading through their feedback, it's clear this wasn't just about attending the curated events supported by global thought leaders and our community members; it was about forging meaningful connections and finding ways to leverage our experiences, and wisdom, in addressing challenges and opportunities in our respective communities. But our work is far from over. The finish line of this Sprint marks not the end, but a new beginning filled with endless possibilities. We envision a future where our platform becomes part of an ecosystem for our community to evolve into a hub of continuous connection, learning, and collaboration, driven by their passion and initiative. So, let's keep the momentum going, because the best is yet to come! Together, we'll shape the future of work, learning, and community, one step at a time. Fantastic call yesterday with a part of our Partners! 🎉 During this special gathering, we had the privilege of engaging with a segment of our community, focusing on the exploration of our future goals and vision, along with the identification of three pivotal challenges within the realm of Learning and Development (L&D) in the workplace. These three major challenges, unearthed through rigorous research, include: 🤯 Unstructured and outdated content formats. 📉 Decreased content consumption due to a lack of immediate practice. 😫 Impersonalized learning experiences. Our dedicated Growy ecosystem is diligently at work, committed to unravelling these challenges and ushering in a new era of L&D, one tailored to the demands of today rather than clinging to yesterday's norms. If the realm of L&D is a subject close to your heart, and you're eager to share your own challenges and insights, we extend a warm invitation to talk with us. Together, let's ignite the fires of progress and supercharge careers for all! 🚀 Big thanks to Ali Hasan Butt Lara Martini James Kusena PhD Erik Noren ZEESHAN MALLICK Maria Tsarkova 🙌

I’ve spent about 15 years working with perhaps the most diverse set of people - struggling creators - accomplished B school grads - wannabe experts - young generalists - experienced specialists - corporate bigwigs - maverick founders And many more The only thing common in everyone’s journey is how little we all know about the work we do, till we know a little more. The only thing different in everyone’s journey is how much we know about ourselves, till we learn much more about others. Easy to read. Hard to comprehend. #careerjourneys #thoughtflows
