I like to recognize brands that understand customer loyalty. Warby-Parker—I ordered 6 frames, they shipped them to me free. I went to their nicely designed shop. I turned in the five I’m not ordering and they’ll take care of the return. Then they had a capable customer service host, my prescription, and my lens preferences on file, and my shipping address. The whole transaction was so fast I didn’t even run up a charge in the parking structure!

That’s where I just got my new specs. Unfortunately we don’t have a shop within 100 miles, but another place adjusted them for me.
