Great to have you back, Eva. 👋🏻 Eva's return marks a significant milestone, bringing a wealth of diverse skills and perspectives to the EOS Board. However, her appointment isn't just notable for this reason. I am particularly excited about what Eva brings to our management team because of the principle that I hold dear: 🚀 Don't hire someone who “fits in too well with the team”. This has become one of my principles when it comes to the effective, sensible composition of teams at work. Because although it is of course very tempting to bring in “alikes”, this doesn't always lead to the best results. People agree too quickly, think along the same lines and share similar perspectives. Only skill diversity brings: ✅ Creative, new approaches. ✅ Creates a broader base of knowledge and different experiences to tackle complex challenges, and ✅ Allows the individual team members to mature and improve as a result of their differences.
