It's not just organic vs. conventional; there are other factors to consider when ranking organic milks. If taste is important to you, organic cream-top is the clear choice. Smaller farms that produce organic, non-homogenized milk that's not ultra-pasteurized have a distinct and "cleaner" taste than sugary, mass-produced conventional milk. Obviously, the cost is a barrier for many. But if we're talking about quality, cream top takes the cake every time.
