When we become intentional on the rooms we choose to stand in. Who we choose to stand beside. The conversations we choose to have. 🪄Something magical happens (within you & around you). That’s exactly what I think of (magic) when I think of my time with my friends at PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter. 🫶Hospitality. What an industry full of beautiful people, my people. I grew up in hospitality. It gave me some of my dearest friendships. It gave me a beautiful skill set & its where I also saw my darkest moments. Moments I chose to walk alone because I didn’t have the language or the tools to speak on it. ❤️🗣️To be able to sit in this room with friends old & new & share this journey of crippling self doubt, of addiction to achievement, of paralyzing anxiety & my lessons & microtools learned, was a beautiful full circle moment. 🎁What a gift those moments are. —————- Erica Keagy Paul Wong Bonnie Grant you are gifts to the industry.
