Quiero compartir nuestra desafortunada experiencia reciente con Booking y el Hotel Casa Ticul en Playa del Carmen, México. Durante nuestras vacaciones, reservamos una estancia de 6 noches en dicho hotel a través de la plataforma de Booking. Al llegar, nos cobraron la totalidad de la estadía, pero nos encontramos con varias sorpresas desagradables:Dormitorios y cortinas con hongos.Presencia de cucarachas.Puertas de las habitaciones dañadas por la humedad.Falta de aseo general.Baños en mal funcionamiento.Aguantamos solo dos noches antes de decidir cambiarnos a otro lugar. Inmediatamente hicimos el reclamo a través de Booking para que intermediaran conforme a las políticas de la reserva, buscando la devolución de las noches no ocupadas. Solo se nos devolvieron aproximadamente 35 dólares, cuando deberían haber sido más del 50% del total pagado.Booking no verifica adecuadamente el estado de los hoteles que promociona en su plataforma. Aún estamos esperando una respuesta satisfactoria por parte de Booking sobre la devolución de nuestro dinero. Esta experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante y no podemos recomendar el uso de Booking. Somos un matrimonio con tres niños y esperábamos algo muy diferente para nuestras vacaciones.

Our hotel is listed on booking.com in beirut lebanon and they terminated our contract claiming that we are incorrectly reporting no shows while this has never happened The problem is that their unpro fraud team refuses to provide any info about the suspected reservations that led to their decision and when we tried to reach anyone who can give us a chance to prove them wrong they refused even to discuss Noting that our hotel was one of the top 5 in the whole country Unfortunately the lack of transparency and professionalism of their fraud team has dropped booking.com from one of the best booking channels into a very unprofessional and low standard unreliable company and we believe in a couple of years many other channels will be at the top Date of experience: July 08, 2024

Can someone please please 🙏 from booking.com advise how I speak to an actual agent! My daughter has just spent her life savings on flights on booking.com and the payment was taken from her account. There was a notification that she would receive an email to confirm the reservation but nothing was ever received into her email. We have since chased and can find absolutely no telephone number to speak to someone in customer services. This is appalling. My daughter suffers with major anxiety and is in bits!!! Can someone help us resolve.

If you are looking for activities that the new, and/or even the more experienced, team members can relax, break down barriers and bond on a deeper level in a fun way, reach out! They look like a bunch of people that would be extremely curious to try new things and grow while having fun 😉 Best of luck to them!

I am a partner of Booking (Portugal), and I ask for help through this channel, because I have been trying to solve a problem since April, regarding a reservation made at my property, where Booking refuses to pay me, and I do not receive any response from the message below.  Please help me so that this message is forwarded to someone who has the power and competence to resolve this situation once and for all, because all the attendants refuse to forward this matter to a supervisor. I only get generic / automatic replies from people who don't even read the message I send. Thank you very much in advance for your help and attention.

I want to share our recent unfortunate experience with Booking and Hotel Casa Ticul in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. During our vacation, we booked a 6-night stay at this hotel through Booking's platform. Upon arrival, we were charged for the entire stay but encountered several unpleasant surprises:Bedrooms and curtains with mold.Presence of cockroaches.Room doors damaged by humidity.General lack of cleanliness.Malfunctioning bathrooms.We endured only two nights before deciding to move to another place. We immediately filed a complaint through Booking to mediate according to the reservation policies, seeking a refund for the unused nights. Only about $35 was refunded when it should have been more than 50% of the total paid. Booking does not adequately verify the condition of the hotels it promotes on its platform. We are still waiting for a satisfactory response from Booking regarding the refund of our money. This experience has been very disappointing, and we cannot recommend using Booking. We are a couple with three children and expected something very different for our vacation.
