The State of Wyoming DEQ has issued 3 class VI permits! This is a big step forward for carbon management and another demonstration of Wyoming leading the charge. We need to store CO2 safely, deep underground. We need Class VI permits to do so and only 2 have been issued federally. States like Wyoming and North Dakota have primacy which allows them to issue their own permits. Primacy isn't a one-size-fits-all policy tool, but for states with demonstrated excellence and oversight, it can be a useful pathway to increase deployments. https://lnkd.in/eVSZFXQW

As with any industry, those of us in the concrete remediation world have specific terms and definitions fairly unique to what we do. We've put togther a list of the most unique ones to share and the first cab off the rank is 'rebar'... How many do you know? Do you have some we can add to our list?

I just completed Ashurst UK's Energy & Infrastructure Projects on Forage. In the simulation I: Completed a job simulation involving advising a client on contractual terms in an operations and maintenance agreement for Ashurst's Projects team. Reviewed and analysed an excerpt from an O&M agreement, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated legal drafting skills by effectively amending the termination clause to align with the client's preferences, including the incorporation of a 'termination at will' clause and a reimbursement provision. Drafted a note to the opposing party's lawyers explaining the drafting change and its purpose. Check out the simulation here: https://lnkd.in/ekbZwBhm

SELF-PRIMING, PORTABLE AND WITH HEAVY-DUTY PERFORMANCE Do you want to take your CIPP bypass pumping to the next level? With just one man, you can set up your bypass pumping and get on with your work. Turn it on and off as you go – without needing to prime it. To most project managers in the sewer sanitation business, the desire to save time and resources is well-known. Easily portable hydraulic pumping solutions do exactly that compared to many other types of pumping solutions. Here's a case to show you how a project manager by Kuchler GmbH in Germany discovered the benefits of using hydraulic bypass pumps for sewer rehabilitation:
