Hello everybody, Nice to be back on here with you all. This is me present day, January 2023. I took this photo in my car after my morning nature stroll. The river and waterfalls were gently flowing after all the rain in Topanga the last few weeks. At the end of the trail, down in the middle of the river, I spotted a perfect rock to stand on and meditate. I felt a calm wash over me, knowing that it was finally time to share what I have been working on with the world. Sharing this life update with you all is my truth, my freedom. It’s been a couple years off the grid for me. The hardest work of my life. Deep in the depths of my soul. A lot of solitude. A lot of deep nature. To many of you, thank you for your patience and understanding of my absence and lack of response via text/email etc. This space with myself has been a miracle. I love you all more than you know. Throughout this journey over the last few years, I documented a lot of it via stacks and stacks of journals, hundreds of voice notes to myself, in addition to some photos and videos along the way. It was an incredible outlet for all the things I was experiencing that I didn’t feel like I could share with anyone else. With that being said, I had no intention of putting any of this out publicly… it was always for my personal record so I could look back on this time. I could feel something special was happening, I just didn’t know what. And I knew I’d want to be able to reflect on this period of my life at some point in the future. However recently, the more I wrote… and wrote… and wrote… and started looking back at the photos and videos of the last couple years and placing them alongside the writing, I began feeling called to share. In many ways, I felt trapped in my new life and what better way to free myself than share my truth with the world. The truth of who I’ve always been beneath it all. As I shared bits and pieces of this creation with those closest to me, I saw and felt their emotional reactions and how it was opening them up to more of themselves. It started to become clear to me, that although sharing this would probably be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, I needed to do it. So here we are. I am calling this creation “Feeling It All”, a 13 chapter story. I am releasing a chapter a day on Instagram for the next few weeks. I’ll share Chapter 1 tomorrow. I am beyond grateful for any or all of this journey you decide to go on with me. I hope this brings some value to your life. And I hope, in some way, it contributes to a better future together on this planet. Here we go… With tons of love, Brandin
