Top 10” ummm 🤔 obviously you don’t do full due diligence on each department to come up with that result. Especially the none existent complaints department. My personal case. (Just a basic insight atm) Mortgage paid off in 2014 Obviously the transaction was taken care of by solicitor and lender (Barclays) not a individual like myself. Barclays believe the mortgage is still outstanding and send me letters to remind me. I send them proof that I don’t and you also have no security over the property I raised a complaint and then another and then another etc etc, they keep referring to the previous complaint case number and say there is no wrong doing on their part. They have marked my credit file and gone out there way to generally make life very hard work for me especially the nature of my business …… really !!!! They are not interested in looking at the evidence and the facts that have been presented by a independent solicitor. Which I instructed to do a full investigation. Findings by independent solicitor ……. DS1 all signed witnessed and returned by Barclays in 2014 along with security removed from Land Registry and all relevant correspondence and emails to the acting solicitor. I can publish the evidence

As a leader, have you ever felt a sense of pride and fulfilment when a team member achieves a major milestone or exceeds your expectations? I have, and this picture is a perfect example! This team member, Eboye Grace B.Sc was employed at Access Bank as an outsourced staff, but with commitment to work and the right support from mentors and leaders, she transitioned after meeting all the requirements. She eventually graduated from the Access Bank School of Banking Excellence! Her journey testifies to the power of empowerment and the impact it can have on our lives and careers. As a team, we take deliberate interest in the self development needs of individuals. As leaders, it's our responsibility to create an environment where our team members are given space to improve and become better versions of themselves so as to build capacity for opportunities. When we empower team members, we create a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation. We give them the chance to grow, learn, and thrive. We give them the chance to become the best version of themselves. So, how then can you empower team members to take on new opportunities? First, you need to trust them. Trust that they have the skills, knowledge, and passion to excel. Trust that they will make mistakes, but also trust that they will learn from them. Second, you need to give them autonomy. Give them the freedom to make decisions, take risks, and own their projects. Third, you need to provide resources and support. Give them the tools they need to succeed, and be there to guide them when they need it. In addition, every team member also has a part to play by taking ownership of their growth and development. If you have a leader over you, whether they see the potential in you or not, ensure that you aim to become the best version of yourself.
