- Complete a comprehensive Pre-Placement Questionnaire (PPQ) to gather essential information and identify any potential barriers to learning. 📚📝
- Attend a pre-placement meeting six weeks prior to the placement start date to discuss expectations, roles, and responsibilities. 📅💼
- Engage in a one-on-one meeting with our team to address any disclosed concerns or issues that require further attention. 🗣️👂
These proactive measures enable us to gain a deep understanding of each learner's individual needs and circumstances, including any reasonable adjustments that may be necessary. This ensures that all necessary support and accommodations are in place before the placement begins, fostering a conducive learning environment for all parties involved. 🤝🌟
