These legends remind us daily of what we do, where we are and the agency we strive to be. We established a vision for GSW NYC last year- we will keep that to ourselves. However, this year we needed to focus on one aspect of our bigger vision that is mission critical. "MAKING IT EASIER TO GET TO GREAT WORK & MAKING IT EASIER FOR OUR CLIENTS TO WORK WITH US". We have no trouble sharing what we expect of each other & for our clients. We believe this helps us live up to our word. Here's what our associates should expect: *More focus on fewer accounts. *Reduced layers of management on tactics, greater accountability. *Improved staffing mix to better align to our vision. *Greater empowerment, decision making & accountability for those leading teams who are entrenched in the work. *Greater operational flexibility by allowing each team to define their ways of working within the greater process. *More hours for big impact projects, less for small. Here's what our clients should expect: *Less people in meetings to make it easier to discuss and debate. *An expectation that tactics come in at or under budget. Farrell recently led two impactful sessions with the executive team of McMichael and Gray, PC, a prominent real estate closing firm with 32 satellite offices across seven states. The main topic was divided into two parts: the first session focused on A Performers, while the second delved into A Environments.   The discussions went beyond the corporate umbrella, exploring A environments within internal departments and the numerous satellite offices. Recognizing that each of these units can foster its own unique environment, the sessions provided valuable insights tailored to the firm's specific structure.   Engagement was outstanding, with active participation from everyone in the room.
