Last week marked a year at DriverReach for me. Sharing a few of our accomplishments in the past year: We have grown in the face of enormous industry headwinds. Every % of growth is a grind while the trucking industry fights through a deep recession. That success is not coming as I expected – we’re winning because of product superiority, while our process is still coming along. I assumed it would be the opposite. We have leveled-up talent on every team – that was a big focus for me, I had a bias towards moving too fast vs. too slow. We have really honed-in on our culture and core values, and now we know the type of people we want to work with and the type of customers we can help. Our PE backers have been fully supportive and helped us close our Series B. Having Jeremy Reymer around hasn’t hurt either 😅 The biggest surprise has been our customers – when I joined we were losing too many of them, and I assumed it was a PMF issue. The reality is we have a ton of passionate, engaged customers, we just needed to tweak how we serviced them. Looking forward to another amazing year. Let’s keep grinding.
