I recently had the opportunity to chat with Eytan Daniyalzade. I wanted to extend my gratitude to him and all of the Toolio team for their partnership.
Last year, I led the implementation of Toolio's allocation module for Stio, which has been transformative for our allocation strategies. With Toolio, we've shifted our focus from validating allocations to refining our overall merchandise strategy, resulting in more effective and efficient allocation processes. This module has revolutionized how we allocate merchandise to our stores, making it more dynamic and demand-focused. We’ve bid farewell to legacy Excel tools, streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency.
Our next step is assortment planning, implementation, and testing with Toolio. Already, I can see the efficiencies and time-saving benefits that we will gain, further propelling us towards our goals of operational efficiency.
Cheers to great partnerships and continuous innovation!
