CAVA is a family fave!!!! I fell in love with it while at the DCA airport in D.C. years ago and was disappointed when I found out Atlanta didn't have one. No longer the case! I'm not going to say how much we spend at CAVA every week but we love it! Keep up the great work ... wondering if it should be CAVA dinner for tonight??? 🤔 😊
Love the product but the rewards program is the worst. Spend $100 and get a $8 credit. You can’t even buy a meal for $8.

1wHow could you not, when your locations cheat people out of protein and skimp on all other ingredients when preparing online and delivery orders ??? At least that’s the case at the new Fullerton location. I was told by the manager that you need to come in and develop a relationship with them to get extra protein. I don’t want EXTRA protein, I just want the correct amount. I also don’t have time to develop a “relationship” with Cava employees. I’m not even sure what that means. lol. However if Cava wants to continue to grow, might I suggest having a Customer Service hotline, which you do not have. I have sent several emails mails as I was instructed to do,,,,, and NO ONE has acknowledged or responded. I also reached out to the district manger via email and he has not responded either. Not really sure what his job is then ???Everyone has seen this type of growth before, it’s nothing new. However without the proper oversight, it will be short lived, much like others who have gone away within a few years of over growth with no oversight and bad management.
