3 important reminders from our restaurant soft opening this weekend. 👇🏼 1) People are everything -> Multiple times there were opportunities to go above and beyond for our team. We nailed some and missed some. 2) You’re never as prepared as you think you are -> Even though we were ready, there are still 3 pages of notes. At some point you have to take the leap. 3) You can’t please everyone -> Some people will love what you do, and some won’t. Listen to the feedback and iterate.
