⭐EMPLOYEE HIGHLIGHT ⭐   If there's someone's career in recruitment worth following it is Ann-Marie Robinson's.   489% to-target performance for September 🎯🤯   The result of a great personal performance, finishing up some work for a few clients before embarking on a retained project for one of her top clients.   WHILE:   Managing a team of 5 Providing 1-to-1 coaching & Passing information to other divisions   AND:   Embodying our values of Trust, Best and Togetherness.   Talk about multi-tasking!   I often find myself stopping what I'm doing to listen in on her advice and call coaching. Small tweaks can make a huge difference.   You have to know WHY you're doing something before you do it.   Again, well done Ammers! Can't wait to see what else you create in Q4.

Today, three of the Employee Trustees at Stephens Scown complete their three-year terms and hand over to the new-look group 😢 They’ve achieved a great amount, and put in enormous effort over the last three years, so it’s sad to see them step away - but brilliant to be able to celebrate their contributions 🎉 They are Team Players, they are Role Models. They are Scowners to put on a pedestal. Kia Pearson, Lexie Williams and Anthony Booth have helped to evolve and re-define what EO is at our business, how it can contribute to the growth of the business and the experience of our colleagues, and they will be missed. My highlight from our time 🤔 it might be when we all had the opportunity to present the launch of our behaviours to the business, and each Trustee celebrated great examples from across our workforce. That, or when we pre-recorded our AGM for EO Day 2024 and Lexie secured the guest appearances of ex-Olympians and other sporting stars. I’m sure that they will continue to contribute, albeit without the title. With the change comes the brilliant opportunity for the new Employee Trustees and in the hands of them our employee owners can remain confident – Emily Smith, Gemma Mittell (Symons), Meesha Ghovanloupoor, Tyler Richards, and Natalie Vizard. #EmployeeOwnership #Culture #EmployeeEngagement

As we approach our 13th anniversary, I have always believed that both as a business and as individuals, we shouldn't continue actions solely for the sake of tradition, nor should we shy away from maintaining effective practices. However, I'm also of the opinion that if something is working well, there's no need to completely overhaul it. Last month, we dedicated time to re-evaluate our values. At Wagstaff Recruitment & Careers Coaching, these values must extend beyond mere words; they must carry significance and purpose as they define our actions. Sometimes you never know what the impact of going to new surroundings and getting a cup of coffee can do. I was just starting in marketing. This was quite a shift for me as my working career had been all in finance. And here I was in a new function, where it is all about connection and relationships. How fortunate I was that I had the opportunity to learn working with Nicholle Eno DeLorez.  Nicholle decided to take our small team out of the office to connect over a coffee.  We went to one of those laid-back coffee shops that had a vibe and a feel that it might have also been someone’s house. And as we settled in, our formality started to move away as we moved closer together. While we were talking about our plan and our work, I was really learning about the power of connection and inclusive leadership within a team. There is such an impact that you can create by moving outside of your normal spaces, to being in a place where there is nothing else that matters besides each other, where the space feels safe and distractions are less prevalent. I am grateful for learning so much from Nicholle in that first marketing role, and nothing more important than how special it is when you can connect people together.
