In yesterday's virtual presentation to the Healthcare Business Management Association, we discussed the five elements that make up a workplace environment: * Facilities & Equipment * Amenities * Policies * Compensation * Treatment of Personnel We then polled the group as to which was most important to them. The group unanimously chose "Treatment of Personnel." This particular group was healthcare. Two weeks ago, we saw a similar result with human resources personnel, and we see the same in our law enforcement presentations. If we are selected to serve in a leadership role, we must embrace the principle that our people deserve nothing less than the most spectacular leadership possible.
