And it is the dark blouse and unsightly red arrow on the front of the skirt that only adds to the uniform's general drabness. You could have at least put a bit more colour in it - like the white blouse of the Julien MacDonald uniform.

Why 5 cabin crew? or are they ground staff. It was all we could do to persude BA to put one cabin crew on board the 747 for fire watch on an empty flight of in excess of 8 hours which they refused to do on the grounds of cost. Go figure!

Don’t book with them they are a terrible airline. Cancelled our flight at last minute and left us with no alternative than to fly from another airport 3 days later with a interconnected flight 😫. No refund given either and no customer service help! Complete shambles!

2moThat new female crew uniform looks nowhere near as nice and smart as the Julien MacDonald uniform. It is too drab and frumpy, and does not stand out as much as the JM uniform did. Thousands of people on all the aviation forums are all expressing their dislike of this new uniform, and are wondering why EARTH you scrapped your best looking uniform ever for THIS.
