Champion of Clinician Mental Health | Amplifying Voices For Systems Change | Community For Wounded Healers

Together, I believe we can put every company out of business who rest on the laurels of exploiting mental health providers for profitability. But that's only possible if we guide each other toward the beacons of safe people and places where our skills and needs can be supported and honored. So I'm wondering, can we use this post to inspire each other? Name a company, organization or business that you know (from personal, lived experience) provides a psychologically safe and truly supportive work environment for mental health professionals. Comment and share for reach, let's give each other some hope today! 👇 (No, it doesn't have to be direct therapy work or even in healthcare.) #ClinicianMentalHealth

All our clients. 😅 We're just wrapping up recording the second season of the podcast with the focus on Healing Through Practice - how our private practices are places where we create and find healing for ourselves. So many stories and examples of how people have created that safety and honoured their skills and capabilities. We can embody this space in our own practices.

I feel supported and really appreciate the culture where I work but the pay structure for therapists is not anything they should feel good about.

Without pause, this is the easiest comment I've made on LinkedIn... AMFM Healthcare ... this is the healthiest culture I've ever been a part of. The intentionality this organization exercises when prioritizing the wellbeing of our clinical team is unmatched... it's also clear that there is awareness around the connection it has with the quality of care we are able to deliver as a result.

Thanks for this post! 👏 I’ll keep this short, but I could not keep scrolling without mentioning Telemynd which is a very clinician centric organization and one of the only virtual mental health companies to provide 1:1 support to clinicians. Telemynd was recently recognized as one of Glassdoor’s Best Places To Work, which is a testament to the company’s positive culture and dedication to creating a supportive and fulfilling environment for it’s providers.

The Mental Health Collective, LLC and The Neurodivergent Collective are excellent programs for clinicians to work. We attract clinical talent by paying them well and managing their caseloads. The initial and ongoing training they receive is unmatched, and the innovation and sophistication of the clinical leadership (Kristen Zaleski) all contribute to our low turnover rate. Thanks for a great post, Brittainy Lindsey!
