I’ve been out of the UAS field for a few years now, but always keeping an eye on the growth with the memories that started my adult careers. From ISR to retail quick delivery, it sure is amazing what unmanned aircraft are capable of. Speaking of the RQ-7A, I remember receiving my 50,000 coin back in 2005. And to think the platform is over 1.5 million hours now!! Incredible!

Folks, last week I had an opportunity to visit our #shadow200 block III training team in West Texas. Our Textron Systems training staff has encountered quite a few snakes, but has been rewarded with quite a few successful flights and beautiful desert views like this (Photo by Orlando Ortiz). By having direct support from Textron Engineers and SMEs, our instructors are able to overcome issues and setbacks during these training events that would normally cause delays. #wearesystems #uas #textronsystems #pushingpastpossible

Folks, Last week I had the honor of attending our 20th Block III New Equipment Training event in Alabama with one of the best groups I've witnessed conducting flight operations. Beautiful weather paired with a highly motivated unit have led to this event's success. Since opening training two years ago, our Shadow Block III NET team had continued to provide academic and operational training excellence to the warfighter. Looking forward to expanding our system's upgrades to many more units over the next months! #shadow #pushingpastpossible #itswhatwedo #training #team #success #event #uav #uas #wearetextronsystems

Folks, Last week I had the opportunity to visit our Block III New Equipment Training team working at Fort Hood, TX. Unfortunately, the weather gods weren't in our favor. However, a lot of valuable training was still accomplished with our new Shadow system's improved capabilities.
