Excellent read! Working with the reentry population for fourteen years, I completely agree with using the CBT model. I am curious about the criminogenic risk areas that are mentioned though; attitudes, substance abuse and housing. Wouldn’t antisocial peers, behavioral characteristics such as impulsivity, coping skills be included as well? Maybe the reason the additional risk areas are not mentioned is because of the specific population that is being addressed? Enjoyed the article…Thank you so much.
