Today @ KTP MP&L Department Control Center (DCC) we reviewed Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Launch, and Kaizan Continuous Improvement at the departmental level with Tom Chackalackal - Director, Global MP&L. Many ongoing projects around late Linefeeds, Cycles, Scrap Cost, PMHV & MRT Availability, JPH, and Kaizan CI Projects around density Green Belt project improvements driving premium freight & efficiency savings.
