Job Responsibilities:- New vendor development for alternate sourcing to reduce the raw material cost.  Sample arrangement from vendors as per the drawing for evaluation and testing purpose.  Material procurement and planning considering sales and production plan along with the coverage of material and inventory in hand.  Follow up with accounts for timely payment to the supplier.  Procuring quotation from identified supplier, getting the quotation of exact material required, comparison of quotation of suppliers and preparation of comparative statement.  Settlement and negotiation of prices with vendors based on process with supplier.
