Current situation

In the past 3 months, I've completed work for 100 clients... In those 100 clients, each one has a unique story to share. One thing I noticed they all tend to share, is that they KNOW what's holding them back and why they're stuck in the job search... Common things they share: Ageism, gaps in experience, lack of the "right" education, etc. If you're in this camp, I have to tell you, MOST people don't have the perfect background, but the people who tend to get ahead, quite literally, ignore these and focus on what's great about their background. It's the concept of "DELULU", but it works. If you're focused on what's holding you back, you get held back more. Let's find our strengths and focus on those while we're in our job search.
