Last week, I had the privilege of participating in a panel discussion alongside Maria Triani, RICP® and Brandon M. Kohnen, moderated by Eugene Lutz. We were speaking in front of Partners across our organization regarding best practices for navigating and growing your career within an architecture that allows complete control. Here are two key points that drove our conversation: 1. Crystallize your “Why”: Understanding your purpose is crucial for success. Personally, my family and community are my driving forces. In action that means control of my time, control of my career growth, and the ability to create an impact have to be magnified to the greatest extent possible. Aligning your career with your values leads to overcoming challenges with ease and making consistent progress. If you're unsure of your "Why," take the time to discover it along with the attributes that bring it to life—it's a game-changer! 2. Build relationships: Networking with established leaders opens doors for collaboration and growth. At our office, we emphasize connecting new advisors with seasoned professionals to tap into valuable knowledge. Learning from those who have succeeded before you sets the stage for your own success. Ultimately, surrounding yourself with the right people makes the journey more enjoyable and more fun.

Stratford Group excels in crafting and implementing strategic plans that drive growth and adaptability. We believe that a well-thought-out strategic plan is the blueprint for success. Our collaborative approach with clients ensures that every strategic initiative is a move towards realizing that 'Better is Possible'. Here's what Kevin Ford, CEO of Calian, had to say about our Strategic Planning & Implementation services: "Everything I’ve asked, they’ve been able to bring to the table with a very capable skillset. That was not an insignificant demonstration of the trust I have in Stratford, to get ‘inside the tent’ with my executive team. Even in our internal meetings, Jim and Colleen always refer to Calian as ‘we.’ And it’s not lost on me that that is an important element of the Stratford way. It’s not a bunch of consultants that are there to give you advice and then go packing." For more on how we can help you, click here: https://lnkd.in/ep2duRrt
