I identify the work culture based on a number of factors: 1. The way your place of employment treats you, 2. An atmosphere of respect for employees, 3. Never humiliate or warn your staff to any mistake, 4. Being adaptable, 5. Fair (pay, promotion, gender equality and equal opportunity) 6. Transparency. As a mother of one, I've come to realize that my priorities have changed over the past four to five years. As you grow, your priorities do too, but the top six things I listed will undoubtedly always be at the top of my list. What is your list of priorities?
