Many if not most of our businesses are “people” businesses. It’s not like driving past the Caterpillar yards where the company owns 1000 dirt movers. No, most of our businesses are people… people are the capital. Well, if people are hired and trained and managed by the HR team, then awards like the one this company has earned mean the people who recruited, hired, and trained those people -quite simply built the success of the organization. Is there a more dedicated Wingman than a Caregiver? Caregivers are the Wingmen who often stay in the background, until it's time to go to bat for their Warrior, and then they come battle-ready. AFW2 values Caregivers, and equips them with the variety of support programs, services and activities to ensure they maintain their own health.
