Already 6 months have passed since we embarked on our 2024 journey, together with our leadership team for Ground & Rail Europe. We have just completed our Summer Summit which was a great opportunity to: - refine our 2024 plan with key priorities for the months to come, - assess Capability Maturity Model of our support functions, - share a selection of best practices and initiatives from each country, - exchange ideas and opinions around various workshops about Data, Sustainability and Engineering of our transport solutions. - discuss business development organisation and collaboration with Kamil It was also a good time to evaluate further opportunities for quality and costs improvements with our colleagues from Global Business Services, Matthieu and Christophe. 🤝 Thinking People, we had an insightful moment 👐to talk about attracting Talents with our HR colleagues Luisa and Sophie. Finally we concluded with an excellent team building session and the privilege to visit all our colleagues currently delivering the final milestone for the start of Paris 2024 Olympics. Fantastic visit today with Frédéric ITRI of our G&R operations dedicated to Paris 2024. It was great to see so much enthusiasm and commitment from our team coming from all over France. Each aspect for delivering service excellence to our clients has been thoroughly prepared: Transport planning and management, coordination and communication with our colleagues from CL and CEVA24, our suppliers, traceability and security of our operations, … and also onboarding and well-being of our people enabling CEVA to deliver world class experience to our clients and contribute to a successful organisation of Olympic and Paralympic Games of Paris 2024.
