It’s UV Awareness Month! 🌞 The UV rays can cause severe damage to the skin and eyes, including sunburn, skin cancer, cataracts, and macular degeneration. UV exposure is most hazardous from 10a.m. and 4 p.m. in the continental U.S. When you're outside be sure to protect your skin and eyes: ·      At minimum, wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen ·      UV protective clothing can be worn ·      Sunglasses should have 100% UV Protection ·      Broad brim hats can help protect your skin and eyes ·      Be aware that you can get burnt even if it’s cloudy
