It was great to be involved in Meridian West's most recent webinar, in which I was joined by Ben Kent, Alastair Beddow, and Eleanor Berry to talk about finding the commercial 'sweet spot' for thought leadership. Key takeaways: 💡 ‘Sweet spot’ topics are top of mind for your clients, show your firm's unique and expert point of view, and have a clear sales hook. 📈 Measure success – set clear goals and metrics for success before launching campaigns. E.g. booking X number of meetings with prospects, using the campaign as a catalyst. 💬 “Ideas lab" engagement workshops – use these to build internal buy-in, identify experts, and zero in on the narrative early on. 🌱 New thought leadership campaigns – focus on client challenges and future-looking topics.
