We asked, you answered! Here are some of your biggest meeting pet peeves. And we've gotta say… It’s “all of the above” for us! Not every meeting can be an email. And for all of the meetings you *do* book, here are some ways to have better meetings: 1️⃣ Always include an agenda! It can include time breakdowns for each topic, pre-reading materials, a simple discussion list — it’s up to you! 2️⃣ Follow up with next steps and action items. Don’t be a ghost host — once the meeting is over, follow up with next steps, remaining questions, and to-dos. 3️⃣ Avoid back and forth emails for scheduling: Nobody has time for that. Try sending a Meeting Poll to gauge availability, or provide your availability upfront for guests to choose from. (All of which, you guessed it, Calendly can do. 😉 💙) Use these tips to make your next meeting smooth and easy. #BetterMeetings
