Your time is your important resource. 5 tools I use to get more time back: • Calendly for scheduling automation • Perplexity for search optimization • ChatGPT for faster data analysis • Notion for information management • Zapier for automating tasks
Didn't Wired just report Perplexity was a fraud? https://www.wired.com/story/perplexity-is-a-bullshit-machine/
Very helpful!
I personally use Notion, I started using it recently and it's a great tool not just for teams even for personal use. Helps me visualise the bigger task I need to accomplish, breaking them into smaller chunks and and the ability to write a clear plan to finish those smaller chunks, thereby helping me finish that BIG task with ease. This is only one of the ways I use Notion and still exploring all the features.
Some good picks in there! I can also highly recommend Arc Browser! It automatically summarizes articles for quick insights, features intuitive tab management with vertical tabs and Spaces, and provides handy keyboard shortcuts for efficient navigation 👍
Great list! Another tool that I find invaluable as a CEO is MeetWise.AI. It offers advanced AI-driven meeting transcription, live interpretations, and real-time dubbing, making communication seamless and breaking language barriers effortlessly. Definitely worth checking out for those looking to enhance their productivity and communication! 🚀
Calendly → Cal.com ChatGPT → Anthropic Console Notion → Linear Zapier → Make
Client companies are not allowing using of AI tools but on personal computer we can use it right , thankyou for the post
I use Calendly, perplexity and chat gpt. Just starting on the zapper journey but notion I can’t find a place for in my workflow, as I use the GTD method. Can anyone tell me whether it’s compatible with GTD?
Great advice! N
