There have been a number of cases coming out of the Supreme Court this week that impact regulatory agencies, including the NRC. They include the well-publicized overturn of the Chevron deference doctrine, a decision about the right to a jury trial in certain agency enforcement matters, and an extension of the statute of limitations for challenges to agency regulations.
