Yaniv Kapluto (Capeluto)’s Post

Ever thought a birthdate and zip code could reveal your identity? Turns out, it can! This video shows how even small personal details can be risky when put together. Keep it simple: only collect what you really need and treat any personal information with care. #StayWizer #PII #DataPrivacy #OnlinePrivacy #PersonalData #InformationSecurity

You're not even touching the surface of where people can do basic searches of free/nominal-cost data. Your car tag, leads to a treasure trove. Your home address, I could probably follow your history all the way back to the home town you grew up in as long as it doesn't hop countries. Little bits of data lead to a treasure-trove of information for people with bad intent. Keep up the good work!

This!!! I have been saying this for so many years and was told over and over I was over reacting to protecting PII data.

It's incredible how seemingly harmless details can be pieced together to reveal so much. Definitely a reminder to be cautious with our personal information. Thanks for sharing this important insight! 🌟 #StayWizer #DataPrivacy
